Mountain Property Showcase, LLC. is a marketing company that was formed in mid 2006 to help meet the needs of clients in South Florida who are looking toward the mountain states of Georgia, Tennessee and the Carolinas for a second home, a home site, or a home to relocate out of Florida. Many clients are just looking to purchase a home site now that they can build on when they retire in several years while others are looking for a finished home or cabin that they can use to escape the hot Florida summers. Whatever their motivation, there are literally thousands of Floridians who are looking to escape Florida for one reason or another and Mountain Property Showcase was formed to try and help these clients make informed decisions about this very exciting phenomenom.
There are well over 500 developments scattered among these mountain states and it is virtually impossible to research all of them in order to make an educated decision about where to purchase. The two principal partners of Mountain Property Showcase, Brad Hugh Morris and Anthony L. Caprio have made the buying process so much easier as they have spent literally months at a time researching all of these mountain communities and have invited the best of those to come down to Florida and participate in their “Mountain Destinations Real Estate Expos”. Expo I was held in October of 2006 at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and featured twelve mountain developers and over 500 clients registered for this event. Expo II was held back at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in March of 2007 with 30 mountain developers and over 900 registered clients. The most recent show, Expo III was recently completed in September of 2007 with 38 mountain developers and over 500 qualified, registered guests.

And we bring the developers to you, in the comfort of your own hometown, so you don’t have to waste weeks and months driving around the mountains trying to find what you are looking for.
After you attend one of our Mountain Expos, you will be invited up by all of these developers to actually see the properties that interest you. It is so important to actually see the community and its infrastructure and all of the amenities that you will one day be enjoying. You need to stand on your lot and look at your magnificent view and visit some of the actual model homes that you may choose from. The developers who exhibit at our expos know that you will need to take the time to visit and many are offering special weekend travel packages that offer accommodations and travel reimbursement. We encourage you to take advantage of all of these “fly and buy” opportunities and take one of these “mountain getaways”. Until you actually see it for yourself, you will never fully understand what it is you are buying.
THE PARTNERS
Mountain Property Showcase, LLC. was formed in January of 2007 by Brad Hugh Morris and Anthony L. Caprio, two experienced commercial brokers in South Florida. Brad Hugh Morris, broker of BHM Realty Investment Group, Inc. in Boca Raton has been a licensed realtor in Florida for over 28 years. Brad has been going up to the mountains of North Carolina since 1993 when his mother purchased a home in Black Mountain, just east of Asheville. His three daughters attend Camp Ramah Darom outside of Clayton, Georgia each summer, so Brad has been able to spend many months traveling through the mountains uncovering many of the best developments to bring home to his Florida clients.
Anthony L. Caprio, realtor associate of Joe Caprio & Company in Davie, Florida has been involved in real estate development and brokerage for more than twentyfive years here in South Florida. His family purchased mountain property way back in the seventies, so Anthony has witnessed firsthand the incredible transformation of these mountain states into major second home destinations.
